Higgins

On April 11, 2022, 1 year after his arrival, Higgins began his new chapter with the Fuller family. Higgins was a birthday gift to the sweetest young lady who has loved him since the day they met. Higgins has a special place in all our hearts and is a true testament that we are doing our very best by each horse we rescue.
