If a volunteer fails to RSVP, he/she will not be able to volunteer that day.
Volunteers must arrive on time.
All volunteers must sign in and out.
Volunteers must wear proper attire, preferably jeans and closed-toed shoes. No shorts, or open-toed footwear.
Volunteers much provide their water and snacks.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult and will be the responsibility of their parent/guardian while on Ranch property.
Volunteers must stay with their group unless otherwise authorized.
No one shall use Ranch facilities or participate in any farm animal activities without first having signed Farm Animal Activity Release, Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement to Ranch and received permission from the Ranch (including any guest or invitee of one who has previously signed such agreement).
Volunteers are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
No foul language will be allowed.
Cell phone use prohibited, during volunteer hours.
Photos are only allowed upon request.
When handling horses, it must be done per the instructions of DC Management.
Drivers must drive on ranch roads, 10MPH or less!
When driving any ranch equipment seat belts are required.
Only Level 2 volunteers are permitted to drive ranch equipment per instructions of DC Management, & permission from parent/guardian.
Fireworks, firearms, motorcycle & bicycles are not permitted on Ranch property.
Stalls and water tanks must be kept clean.
All gates and doors must be in the same position when you leave as when you arrive.
Glass containers are not permitted on Ranch property.
Failure to comply with the Volunteer Rules above will result in eviction from the Ranch property.
